Service area
Delivery is currently configured for a maximum 5 KM radius from the Grand Pizza Slice outlet. The production system will verify delivery distance server-side; entering a nearby address manually does not bypass the service-area check.
Charges
The current staging configuration is ₹12 per KM, with a ₹149 minimum order. The final charge shown at checkout is the charge applicable to the order.
Address
Customers should provide a complete address, landmark and reachable mobile number. An incomplete or inaccurate address can cause delivery delay or cancellation.
Order status
Orders move through accepted, preparing, ready, picked up and delivered stages. Delivery assignment is managed by the restaurant.
Delivery delays
Estimated delivery time can vary with preparation time, traffic, weather, customer availability and other operational conditions. If there is a significant issue, contact the restaurant.
Customer availability
The customer should remain reachable around the expected delivery time. Delivery staff may call the registered mobile number to locate the customer.
