When you create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, order details, payment status and loyalty/Grand Pizza Coins activity needed to provide the service.
How we use it
We use this information to create accounts, process orders, deliver food, provide support, maintain order history and operate the Grand Pizza Coins programme. Payment credentials are intended to be handled by the selected payment gateway rather than stored in the website frontend.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to provide the order, payment, delivery or technical service. We do not sell customer personal information.
Security
The production system will use server-side authentication, access controls and appropriate security measures. The current .in site is a staging system; do not use real passwords or sensitive payment credentials in staging.
Your choices
You can request correction or deletion of account information by contacting info@grandpizzaslice.com, subject to records we are required to retain.
Updates
This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The policy version and consent date will be recorded by the production account system.
