Using the ordering service
Grand Pizza Slice provides online ordering for its pure-vegetarian menu. Customers are responsible for entering accurate contact and delivery information.
Orders and prices
An order is subject to item availability and confirmation. Menu prices, delivery charges and offers shown at checkout apply to that order. Grand Pizza Slice may contact the customer if an item is unavailable or an order requires clarification.
Delivery
Current staging settings are a 5 KM delivery radius, ₹12 per KM delivery charge and ₹149 minimum order. These settings may change and the applicable values shown at checkout should be treated as controlling for the order.
Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party gateway. An order is not considered paid merely because a payment page was opened; the payment result must be confirmed.
Coins
Grand Pizza Coins are a loyalty benefit. The current programme is 5% earning on eligible online orders and 1 Coin = ₹1 value. Coins may be redeemed only against an order through checkout. Coins can be reversed where an order is cancelled or refunded, according to the applicable transaction record.
Account
Customers must keep their login credentials private and provide accurate information. Accounts may be restricted where misuse or suspicious activity is detected.
